Return & Refund Policy for Artchi by Craft Hub London Ltd

Return Period
You have up to 14 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return. We regret that we cannot accept returns beyond this period.

Return Guidelines

1. Cancellation of Orders: Orders that are currently in the production process cannot be canceled.

2. Refunds for Damaged Orders: We make every effort to deliver products in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged order, we offer either a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the damage. Please contact us immediately and provide clear images of the damaged item(s) and packaging for assessment.

3. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return, and we will process a refund for your returned item(s) as per our policy.

4. Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it. If the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

5. Refund Processing: Upon approval, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Returned Product Packaging: When returning a product, please ensure it is sent back in its original packaging. If the product is returned outside of its original box, you will be responsible for any potential damage that may occur during transit. Additionally, if the original packaging is damaged, please report it to us during the return request.
